    The woman who serves you at the Parcel Pickup early each morning would have to be Customer Service Person of the Year for AP. She is amazing. Always happy, helpful and fast. Merry Xmas and Happy New Year!

    Always a long wait. Saturday on Easter weekend they were closed at 11:00, despite Saturday not being a public holiday. Openeing hours claim to be 8:30 to 12:30. No reference of the closure anywhere. Issues with the post off exacerbated by the fact that you're forced to go to the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre in the first place. You can be stuck in the car parks at this place for over an hour. Terrible, terrible location. The post office would be better off relocating to somewhere else in Indooroopilly or Taringa.

    Despite losing our receipt, Karen provided exceptional service when we returned a mobile phone that was not working. We understand it made things difficult by only having a bank statement as proof of purchase but she went the extra mile and made calls to ensure my elderly dad got a refund and could get a new phone. Thank you Karen.
