  I just went to the cinema to watch Thor in Cinema 7 with my wife for a whopping $19 a ticket. As usual the cinema has a horrible musty smell. My wife came out complaining about being bitten all over while watching the movie. Does the cinema have a bed bugs infestation? We will have to disinfect our clothes.... In addition to all this, a trio of feral patrons had their feet up on the head rests of the seats in front of them. An usher walked passed them and didn't tell them to put their feet down. This is a very poorly managed, under utilised excessively expensive cinema. That was likely the last time I will go despite the convenient location. Halve the price, clean up the seats, triple the patronage and have a more profitable cinema that we can enjoy more.

  Overpriced with no means to contact the cinema directly. The only reason I went out of my way to go here was to see a film in 3D. When I needed to query something an automated phone response advises you leave a message on their website. For $25 per ticket I would expect better customer service. Not going to BC&C cinemas again when there is so much other quality competition for half the price.

  Friendly staff, little arcade, clean bathrooms and theatres. It's what you'd expect from a cinema, doesn't let me down (except the food prices, but that's standard at the movies)

  The food is disgusting. The fish tacos taste stale and are cold. The service is horrible as well. We've been twice and both times they've forgotten to bring us at least one item from our order. We won't be back.

  Great cinema, the competition down the road has better seats and prices though Event is very convenient, close to nearby shops where you can buy food if you have enough sense not to blow $6 on a slushie when they are $1 downstairs. Great atmosphere, hip internal coffee shop, awesome decoration.

  Many screens and screening options with Gold Class, VMAX, 3D, bring your kids sessions, etc.
