  I have been a customer of the French Door for a few years and have both bought jewellery and had repairs done. Every experience has been great. Manuel and Lourdes are so helpful and friendly. Today I picked up a ring which Manuel designed and made for me using my original wedding set and it is truly stunning. It was true to his design and even better in reality. Highly recommend the French Door to anyone looking for a unique piece of jewellery, jewellery repair or the creation of a beautiful one-off personal design

  Highly recommend The French door at Indooroopilly! Manuel and Lourdes always offer incredible customer service. They really listen to what you want and have always delivered. Manuel has a real talent and an eye for detail. He created my stunning engagement ring and will be sure to be creating the wedding bands. We have since purchased many other pieces from them and have never been disappointment. The quality is always exceptional!

  (m) After this time, I telephoned the store. I asked the female speaker if she remembered me. She said, "Yes." I asked directly whether there was "any particular reason" they weren't serving us? Speaking quickly, she told me that there wasn't and again took my details and the details of the ring.

His relaxed approach to what can be a really impending anxiety to becoming engaged was calming and reassuring. The ring we had made was delivered with superb craftsmanship. He is a real credit to his industry.
