  Because she wasted so much time doing other things, she half blow fired my hair but then said it would look bad blow-dried out so let me walk out of the salon looking like Hagrid (i.e..frizzy, bushy and still damp). She tried to half-ass tell me it would dry with waves in it which we both knew was a lie.

  Have been looking for an affordable central hair salon for ages and finally found one with my trip to Stefan's at Indro today! My hairdresser sat down with me at the start of my visit to figure out exactly what I wanted, made her recommendations and listened to me and then went away to put together a quote so I knew exactly what I was up for without me having to even ask! Having been stung by hidden costs before at hair salons, I loved this! (And also loved that it was much cheaper than what I expected!). She explained to me exactly what she was going to do, was friendly, and I walked out with the best cut and colour I've had in ages. Will be going back and would definitely recommend!!

  The woman who cut my hair left mid cut and chatted happily on the phone for over 20 minutes. Then when she returned she was distracted, kept looking out into the centre and was quite rude. I will not be going there again. My layers were uneven and she only half blowdried my hair.

  If you want a relaxing day at the salon and your hair to look good when you leave don't go here.

  When finally the hair dresser came she cut my hair which was fine but she didn't thin it out as I requested.

  I had a keratease hair discipline treatment and it did not work and my hair is still unruly and frizzy.

  I arrived on time to be told my hairdresser was running late and to come back in 20 mins. When I came back to the salon my hair was washed, but afterwards I was sat waiting in my chair for 20 mins with no explanation or apology. The manager and many staff members ignored me and walked around me.

  My hair dresser sat down with me to start worked out what I wanted and the best way to go about it, I was then provided a quote so there were no hidden charges at the end. My hair has come out beautifully and even better than we expected. It's an added bonus that they have zippay!
