  I was approached as soon as I arrived in the store by a staff member called Liam Oliver who was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the products. Although I had already read online about the system, Wave SoundTouch IV, I wanted to audition, Liam was able to expand my knowledge even further. Very soon, I was happy to purchase this system and attribute this entirely to Liam's professionalism. My one negative comment is about Indooroopilly Shopping Centre itself. There are no floor plans or listings indicating the locations of all shops, and only major outlets are shown on the signage beside the escalators. In addition, particular shop do not show signage at right angles to their facades, which means their location cannot be identified when viewed on the long axis of arcades. To locate Bose, I finally enquired in another shop and the assistant was able to direct me.

  I was in the Indooroopilly Store on Saturday and experienced possibly the best customer service i have had in retail in a very long time from Stephanie. I own a Bose mini Speaker and highly recommend the product. I will be back.
