  Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. David jones should be ashamed. They seriously need to retrain there staff on customer service skills and etiquette. I have filled out a complaint form on a particular employee and believe the service I was given should be a immediate termination of employment. I will be surprised if I even hear back from David jones.

  Went to look at Small Appliances. Met Verda who was SO helpful. Store looks beautiful. Great variety. A lovely shopping experience.

  In the clothing department, I can't even get a staff member to look in my direction, they don't acknowledge me even when I make eye contact and seem too wrapped up in their own conversations or rearranging already tidy racks.

  Lovely store now my favourite. Excellent customer service in Mens wear department and all the brands you can ask for.Can recommended.

  Great range and quality of products, prices are a little higher than other stores stocking the same items though.

  The real issue is the staff, I can't walk through the makeup section without being hassled to try something or have them try to sell me stuff I don't want, they have trouble taking no for an answer.

  Probably the least desirable experiences I have had so far at David Jones in Brisbane. Seemed like there were 3 staff members for the entire store. Had to walk half way across the store to find someone to assist me. They didn't have a lot of styles and sizes also as allowed to some of the other stores. Overall it's like a retail Ghost town...would recommend if your wanting to shop at DJ visit the city store or anyone other than this.
