  The food is consistently great and the staff are always lovely! They also have a great loyalty program! Highly recommended the single origins coffee blend is amazing.

  It confuses me as to why there are some bad reviews for this place. Compared to other coffee shops I have been to, they have great service and lovely staff all the time.

  Theyre lucky that indooroopilly shopping centre has a good traffic flow because having a manager being the face of that place, the business would have gone down long ago.

  The food is average, the coffee is nothing to rave over, however, the vibe that is given when walking into that place is SO uncomfortable.

  Fantastic friendly owners who always greet me by name. Wonderful service and would highly recommend. I would say it is the best cafe in the shopping centre. Always find the staff to be very friendly as well.

  Yes they could make the line up for take away and dine in seating a bit easier to understand, but that would not be a reason to give a poor review.

  The manager, Shane is an absolute douche to his staff and can be off-handed to Customers as he really is not a people person OR a business man.

  He has structured this place so poorly, it is not a nice atmosphere to walk into. It is filled with glum faces of slaving staff and a whip cracking anal half witt of a boss.

  I've only had takeaway coffee here, but the coffee is well made and the staff are friendly. Be prepared for a wait as they're often busy. The cabinet food looks tasty but I haven't tried any. They sometimes have specials - eg free coffee if you buy menu item X.

  I wouldnt doubt he’d be paying most of these 5 star reviews as well. So do yourself a favour, grab a servo sandwich and sit in the gutter. It will be a lot more pleasant!!!!!

  I am a regular to Jamaica Blue as I'm a staff member in the shopping centre. Always lovely service from the staff there and I have never had a bad coffee.
