    Friendly, helpful staff. The Club 99 membership is worth that $5. It's not 5 star, because some products are only available online, for example most of the water bottles. Store pickup is not available and the delivery is only free over $99 order, ergo it's simply not worth it to order smaller products from them, except it if you can go over $99.

    We had a bit of a misunderstanding about the replacement of an item. The store manager was able to work something out and the issue was resolved. Bottom line, the store manager Micheal, was more concerned about keeping us happy and keeping us as customers than he was about making a quick sale. Happy to support the store in the future.
