  I was so relieved to be so accepted in this chemist, with two crying, sick kids in tow. The staff were so kind, Particulary Jenn, I think she's the manager, she was so lovely. She helped me find what I needed and entertained my children while I paid at the register. Thank you Jenn, you're amazing!

  Today I had a script filled that would only last 3 days. I asked for the repeat to save a return visit but I was refused by the woman ticking the boxes at the counter. She was abrupt and rude and should have asked the qualified chemist rather than using her inadequate knowledge. The script had 14 tablets 2 x 2times daily hence the repeat is needed so soon. I have been to many chemist warehouse stores and have always been treated well in a friendly manner.

  As the saying rightly goes for this shop, "One Fish Fouls the Entire Pond". Be very careful of the pharmacist (cant recall his name but he looks Arab or possibly of Mediterranean descent in his early 30's) working during the week nights at Indooroopilly Chemist Warehouse.

  Extremely rude service from young Asian lady at the scripts desk. I know most people don't go to places like this for the service but I will never shop there again. Maybe they need to pay their staff more so they don't have such a poor attitude.

  He has some serious attitude issues. He will make a mockery of you if you are immigrant or speak with an accent (even though good English) or low on confidence. I was shocked to find out the medicine that he prepared for me (through doctor's script) had less dosage that what was recommended to be by my doctor. I had to visit the doc again a week later as I wasnt fully treated and that's when I was shocked to learn that the cause was the under dosage. Doc was very furious with the pharmacist's below than average service and was going to report him.
